Coach, Jose Peseiro has commended Super Eagles performance against Sao Tome and Principe on Sunday.
The Eagles ended their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON qualifying campaign on a superb note, thrashing Sao Tome and Principe 10-0 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
Despite already assured of a place in the competition, Jose Peseiro’s side put up a solid display in front of the home fans.
In same vein, Sao Tome’s Assistant Coach, William Barbosa says the Eagles have the capacity to win the 2023 AFCON.
He challenged the Eagles to go all the way in Cote d’Ivoire next January.
